He’s not perfect | Bob Marley

“He’s not perfect. You aren’t either, and the two of you will never be perfect. But if he can make you laugh at least once, causes you to think twice, and if he admits to being human and making mistakes, hold onto him and give him the most you can. He isn’t going to quote poetry, he’s not thinking about you every moment, but he will give you a part of him that he knows you could break. Don’t hurt him, don’t change him, and don’t expect for more than he can give. Don’t analyze. Smile when he makes you happy, yell when he makes you mad, and miss him when he’s not there. Love hard when there is love to be had. Because perfect guys don’t exist, but there’s always one guy that is perfect for you.”

Winter elegance at Quantock Lakes | Siobhan & Jack

L

ocated in Somerset in the village of Nether Stowey, Quantock Lakes was my next venue for a lovely winters day in early February 2017. It was the perfect winters day and the sun shone for Siobian and Jack.

Siobian and her bridal party got ready in the recently finished Wedding Village, which includes, the Posh Piggery Bridal Suite and a large 2-storey barn conversion called the Wagon House. It was a great space to get ready in with lots of natural light and plenty of room for everyone. I particularly utilised the balcony overlooking the sitting room to capture lots of lovely getting ready photographs and capture the relaxed atmosphere in the morning among everyone.

The cost of wedding photography

I

have decided to write this blog post because so many brides approach me with no idea of the price of wedding photography. I have also been a bride so I understand that the initial budget you set for your big day can also change when you start planning. It’s not every day you plan a wedding so it may be easy to underestimate the price of wedding photography and be left confused by what you want or need from a wedding photographer.
