Once a upon a time…. |Fairy Tale Table Inspiration

W

hen wedding and event planner Julie from A Touch of Class got in contact to photograph her new range of fairytale table decor I was intrigued. Launching on Valentine’s Day I couldn’t wait to see her interpretation of the popular films Beauty & the Beast and Snow White, I was not disappointed. This classy and romantic take on fairytale stories lent itself perfectly to the beautiful setting of Woodlands Castle.

Whilst photographing the tables I found out Julie’s top tips for wedding venue styling.

Winter elegance at Quantock Lakes | Siobhan & Jack

L

ocated in Somerset in the village of Nether Stowey, Quantock Lakes was my next venue for a lovely winters day in early February 2017. It was the perfect winters day and the sun shone for Siobian and Jack.

Siobian and her bridal party got ready in the recently finished Wedding Village, which includes, the Posh Piggery Bridal Suite and a large 2-storey barn conversion called the Wagon House. It was a great space to get ready in with lots of natural light and plenty of room for everyone. I particularly utilised the balcony overlooking the sitting room to capture lots of lovely getting ready photographs and capture the relaxed atmosphere in the morning among everyone.

A winter’s tale at St Audries | Lisa & Neil

I

am sure you may have spotted this gorgeous couple on my Instagram and I can’t quite believe its been a year since this beautiful day for Lisa & Neil.

Situated in the Quantock Hills, St Audries was the venue for this winter wedding at the end of January. With a beautiful view over the Bristol Channel, and your very own country house exclusive for you and your guests I can see why Lisa & Neil chose this venue.
